This case may work with the original floppy (useless) stretchy back-of-the-head strap that the G3 Max originally came with, I have no idea.
In order to make a few extra bucks, Goovis decided to make you pay an extra 70 USD for the ELITE HEADBAND, a piece that actually makes the device usable. The G3 Max should have come with the Elite headband.
LET ME BE CLEAR: Without the Elite headband, the G3 Max is NOT USEABLE. You simply cannot keep it on your head. I was going to return the G3 Max until I paid the extra 70 bucks for the Elite headband. Now the G3 Max is actually usable and is. in fact, a delight to wear and use.
Which brings me to this case. With the Elite headband attached, the G3 Max does not fit this case
I will be returning this case.
Come on, Goovis. Design a case that will fit the complete product. (G3 Max with Elite Headband.).
